Our clinical professionals bring extensive experience in medical auditing, peer review, and clinical documentation and coding. Supported by a nationwide network of board-certified physicians and healthcare professionals across a wide range of specialties and subspecialties, we bring deep clinical knowledge and practical experience to every review. Our collaborative approach ensures that each case is evaluated by qualified experts whose backgrounds align with the medical issues under review.

Terri Leslie, Co-Founder & Managing Partner

As Co-Founder of Columbia Health Integrity LLC, I am building a network of healthcare professionals dedicated to advancing quality, compliance, and program integrity through independent medical peer review services. We partner with organizations to support CMS and commercial healthcare organizations through objective clinical reviews and program integrity solutions.

With more than 30 years of experience in clinical research, I have led clinical operations, regulatory compliance, business development, and site management, with a strong commitment to quality and operational excellence. Previously, I worked with a small vaccine pharma, assistant to the VP of Clinical Operations, on their development of a vaccine for recurrent UTIs. Preceding that, I founded Oregon Clinical Research, Inc. and later helped lead the combined operations of Oregon Clinical Research, Inc. and Columbia Research Group, Inc., both dedicated clinical research sites located in Portland, Oregon. 

Today, my focus is on expanding our healthcare professional network and developing strategic partnerships that deliver trusted subject matter medical expertise and independent peer review services nationwide.

Kristina Johnson, Co-Founder & Managing Partner

As Co-Founder of Columbia Health Integrity LLC, I am committed to building strong operational and organizational foundations that support the delivery of high-quality, independent medical peer review services. I work alongside our team to strengthen strategic partnerships, oversee business operations, and ensure the financial integrity and administrative excellence that enable us to serve CMS and commercial healthcare organizations with confidence.

With more than 12 years of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, I have served in leadership roles including Executive Director, President, Treasurer/Financial Officer, and Director of Communications. Throughout my career, I have led organizational operations, financial management, budgeting, governance, and strategic communications while working closely with boards of directors and stakeholders to advance organizational missions and achieve sustainable growth.

Today, my focus is on supporting Columbia Health Integrity's growth through sound financial stewardship, operational excellence, and strategic business development while helping expand our network of healthcare professionals and partnerships that deliver trusted, independent peer review services nationwide.
